Harold is Professor of Responsible Tourism Management and Director of the International Centre for Responsible Tourism at Leeds Metropolitan University. Harold researches on tourism, local economic development and poverty reduction, conservation and responsible tourism, and teaches Masters and PhD students as well as the industry, local communities, governments, and conservationists. Harold also undertakes consultancy and evaluations for companies, NGOs, governments, and international organizations.

Jacqueline joined the Canadian travel industry in 1980 and her extensive experience encompasses all aspects of strategic planning, development and operations of outbound leisure travel.  Until 2004, she was Vice President of Product at Signature Vacations, Canada. In 2005, Jacqueline established JK Consulting Enterprises  (JKCE) where she consults on climate change, corporate social responsibility and sustainable business strategy.  Jacqueline is a board member of the Icarus Foundations and programs the industry-led  Baxter Travel Media Responsible Travel and Tourism™ Forum.

Montana Office of Tourism

Victor Bjornberg serves as the Tourism Development and Education Coordinator for the Montana Commerce Department’s Office of Tourism. His program assists communities, businesses, organizations and individuals in accessing and utilizing the Low & No Cost Marketing Services offered by the Montana Office of Tourism as well as technical and financial resources available for tourism-related development. He manages a tourism facility improvement grant program, cultural tourism development efforts including geotourism products, tourism education efforts, statewide strategic planning and a customer service training program.
